Kurt Kaufmann

Kurt Kaufmann's work experience includes holding the role of Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer at Seed Talent, a leading employee enablement platform in the cannabis industry. Kurt has also worked as the Director of Strategic Accounts at Seed Talent. Before that, Kurt worked at Green Thumb Industries (GTI) as a Cannabis 101 On-boarding Instructor, Sales Representative, and Internship Coordinator. Prior to GTI, they held positions at J.W. Speaker Corporation as a Sales Manager and Account Manager, implementing effective sales processes and international marketing initiatives. Kurt also worked at Altria as a Territory Sales Manager and Campus Recruiter, and at Chasers Bar and Grille as a Manager and Head of Security/Bartender. Kurt began their career at Harry Kaufmann Motorcars as a Salesman.

Kurt Kaufmann attended Homestead Highschool from 2006 to 2010. Kurt then went on to study at the University of St. Thomas from 2010 to 2011, focusing on Economics and International Business. Finally, they pursued higher education at the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 2011 to 2014, specializing in Entrepreneurship, Management, and Economics.
