Dainiel Phranz Lopez

Daniel Phranz Lopez has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Dainiel Phranz started their career as a Customer Service Representative at Convergys Intelligent Contact, where they successfully handled customer concerns and increased customer retention for accounts like DirecTV and Macy's Credit Card.

Dainiel Phranz then moved on to Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), where they served as a Customer Service Associate, Universal Processor (UNIPRO), and eventually became a Customer Relations Specialist.
