Gail Quan

Gail Quan has over 40 years of work experience in various roles within nonprofit organizations and managed care. Gail is currently serving as the Sr. Vice President of Human Resources and Administration at Seedco, where they are responsible for board logistics and travel arrangements. Prior to that, they held the position of Director of Human Resources and Administration at HealthFirst, overseeing HR activities and real estate development. Gail also served as the Associate Director at the Center on Addiction and Substance Abuse, managing day-to-day program operations. Gail began their career at the Manpower Demonstration Research Corporation, where they served as the Executive Associate to the President and Secretary to the Board of Directors. Gail has a strong background in human resources management and administrative operations.

Gail Quan pursued their higher education at Briarcliff College in Briarcliff Manor, New York, where they obtained a BA in Urban Policy. Gail then continued their studies at New School University in New York, New York, as a candidate for an MA in Public Policy.
