Vu Lam Nguyen has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. They started their career in 2015 as an Import Coordinator at EWorld, where they were responsible for checking goods, entering data into the system, and reporting on exchange goods and delivery. In 2016, they joined DHL Supply Chain as a Data Entry Clerk, handling various warehouse processes and creating and managing orders. They later became a Data & Inventory Operations Leader, responsible for systems, order management, logistics planning, and warehouse solutions. In 2018, they joined King Power Traveler as a Station Operations Manager, and in 2020, they worked at Onpoint E-commerce as an Operations Control & Costing Lead. They then moved to The Coffee House, where they first served as a Warehouse & Logistics Assistant Manager, managing transportation, 3PL warehousing, and fulfillment. Later, they became the Fulfillment Manager, responsible for projects, cost optimization, and process improvement. Currently, Vu Lam Nguyen is working at Seedcom as the Head of Order Management & Customer Service.

Vu Lam Nguyen obtained a Bachelor's degree in Food Science and Technology from the Industrial University of HoChiMinh City, where they studied from 2010 to 2014.
