Matthew Convents has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Matthew currently works at Seeders Belgium as the Managing Partner & Account Director, where they focus on internet marketing strategies and generating visibility for clients in international markets. Prior to that, Matthew was the owner of KIICK, a management consulting firm. Matthew has also worked as an Operations Coordinator at Tomorrowland, an Account Director & Operations Director at CityCubes, and a Key Account Manager & Project Manager at MAC21. In addition, Matthew has held positions as a Brand Stylist at BUTIK agency, a Senior Account & Project Manager Events at Bananas/Square Melon/B-Art Eggsclusive, and a Junior Project Manager at Respect for your Audience nv. Matthew started their career as a Lijnverantwoordelijke barpersoneel at Vippers.be and completed an internship at Coca-Cola Enterprises.

Matthew Convents attended the Vlerick Business School in 2022, where they completed the Challenge Bootcamp program in Business Administration and Management. Prior to that, from 2006 to 2009, they attended Karel de Grote-Hogeschool, earning a Bachelor's degree in Event Management. Their earlier education includes studying Science - Mathematics at Onze-Lieve-Vrouwecollege, Antwerpen from 1998 to 2000.
