Ritwik Ghosh

Ritwik Ghosh is the Co-Founder and CEO of Seedflex since September 2023, focusing on cashless commerce and providing merchant credit solutions. Prior to this, he worked as the Regional Head of Lending at Grab and as a Principal at Oliver Wyman, where he led consulting work in the financial services industry. With experience at Capital One Financial Corporation and as a Summer Intern at ICICI Securities and Finance Limited, Ritwik has a background in business management and finance. He holds an MBA in Finance and Strategy from Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and has participated in executive leadership programs at Harvard Business School and WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management. He also holds a BE in Mechanical Engineering from Jadavpur University.
