Erik Thoms

Erik Thoms, SPHR, has extensive experience in human resources management. Erik currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at Seedorff Masonry, Inc., a full-service masonry construction company. In their previous role as the Senior Director of Human Resources at Spahn & Rose Lumber Co., Erik focused on employee training and support, career development, and competitive compensation and benefits. Prior to this, they held the position of Director of Human Resources at Green Industrial Supply, Inc., where they oversaw significant expansions and improvements in human resources processes. Erik's career also includes a role as the Director of Human Resources at The McCoy Group, Inc., where they established and developed the HR function for multiple transportation-related companies.

Erik Thoms, SPHR holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Drake University. Erik has also acquired the certifications of Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from the Society of Human Resources Management and Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from the Human Resources Certification Institute.
