Kelsey McKenna

Kelsey McKenna is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client experience and operations management. Currently serving as the Head of Strategy and Experience at Seeds since March 2023 and as a Co-Host at From the Ground Up since January 2024, Kelsey has previously held various roles, including CX, Success, Ops and Project Management as a self-employed consultant, and Customer Experience Consultant from August to December 2021. Kelsey also contributed significantly at eMoney Advisor from November 2013 to May 2020, culminating in the role of Director, Client Experience and Operations, where responsibilities included unifying client service operations, managing process improvement initiatives, and establishing a formal client experience function. Kelsey’s early career included progressive roles in client support and engagement, originating from a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from UC San Diego.
