Steve Ligus

Steve Ligus is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in employee benefits and leadership roles. Currently serving as Vice President and Client Executive at Hylant since October 2008, Steve also contributes as Board Secretary and Board Member for Seeds of Literacy, and as a Founding Board Member of the Cleveland SHRM Foundation. Steve has held multiple leadership positions within Cleveland SHRM, including Past President and President. Previous roles include Sales Representative at Great-West Healthcare and Castle Metals, as well as Associate Director at Acordia. Steve holds an MBA in Economics from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University and a BA in Economics and Political Science from John Carroll University. Additional leadership training includes the Cleveland Bridge Builders program at the Cleveland Leadership Center.
