Bethelhem Dejene, known as Betty, is a seasoned entrepreneur and leader with extensive experience in various roles. Since February 2017, Betty has served as the Founder and CEO of Zafree Papers. In addition to this role, Betty is an Ambassador for One Young World and Seedstars, contributing to youth leadership and innovation initiatives since August 2021 and March 2020, respectively. As a Founding Member of Resilient 40, Betty has been instrumental in fostering resilience within communities since February 2019. Prior to these endeavors, Betty was the Country Project Director for My Knock Box from February 2015 to December 2016 and held multiple positions at AIESEC from January 2013 to July 2015, including Project Manager and Incoming Global Exchange Coordinator. Betty holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Addis Ababa University and has earned certifications in Project Management and Entrepreneurship, further solidifying expertise in leadership and development.
