Diana Popa

Diana Popa serves as Chief of Staff at Acceso since April 2024, focusing on creating lasting economic change for rural smallholder farming families. As the Founder of Extensio, which became part of Acceso, Diana has dedicated efforts to consolidate sustainable farming practices since November 2016. Additional roles include mentoring at Miller Center for Social Entrepreneurship and serving as a lecturer on social entrepreneurship at Tecnológico de Monterrey. Diana's extensive experience also includes impactful sales leadership positions at Vergnet and Alstom Power, where responsibilities encompassed developing renewable energy projects and managing business development strategies. Academically, Diana holds a Master's degree in International Business and Strategy from INSEEC Grande Ecole and completed executive education at MIT Sloan School of Management.
