Konstantin Hapkemeyer has a diverse work experience in the fields of investment management, technology startups, and investment banking. Konstantin started their career in 2013 as a summer intern at Checkthis, where they assisted the co-founder and witnessed the successful launch of a new social media app. In 2014, they completed summer internships in investment banking at Big 4 and a single-family office. In 2016, they co-founded a platform called Younico, connecting junior tech talent with startups and corporates, but faced challenges in achieving product-market fit. In 2017, Konstantin worked as an associate at AlphaSights, a consulting firm. Konstantin'scurrent role is as an investment manager at Seedstars International Ventures (SIV), where they are responsible for building the world's first seed fund dedicated to global emerging and frontier markets.

Konstantin Hapkemeyer has a Bachelor of Science degree in International Business with a finance major from Maastricht University School of Business and Economics. Konstantin also completed an exchange program in Economics at the University of Buenos Aires. Prior to their university studies, Konstantin graduated from Liceo Classico Bolzano with a high school diploma in Classics. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including "Become a Product Manager" from Udemy, "Certificate | Private Equity and Venture Capital" from Università Bocconi, "FinTech Foundations and Overview" from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, "Startup School" from Y Combinator, and "Venture Deals Fall 2020" from Kauffman Fellows.
