Hebert Alves

Herbert Alves has worked in various roles across a number of companies since 2007. Hebert began their career at AeC Contact Center as an Auxiliar de Tráfego, then moved up to Analista de Planejamento and Coordenador de Planejamento. In 2013, they joined Callink Servicos de Call Center as a Coordenador de PCP, where they managed the intelligence information area and provided business intelligence consultancy. In 2014, they moved to Reale & Reale Advogados Associados - GlobalCob Serviços de Cobrança as a Coordenador de MIS, where they managed the team responsible for creating and maintaining reports. Finally, in 2022, they joined Seedz as Head de Dados.

Herbert Alves attended PUC Minas from 2008 to 2014, receiving a Bacharel degree in Sistemas de Informação. Hebert then returned to PUC Minas from 2019 to 2020, receiving an Especialista degree in Ciências de Dados e Big Data.
