Iolanda Senna, PMP, PSM I, PSPO I have a wealth of work experience. Iolanda Senna, began their career in 2010 as a Gerente de Projetos at Axxiom - Tecnologia e Inovação, where they were responsible for the implementation and maintenance of the GDIS product, managing the entire product lifecycle and leading the planning of deliveries. In 2017, they moved to Localiza Hertz as an Analista de Projetos Sênior, where they were responsible for the largest portfolio of projects in the company, both in terms of budget and complexity. In 2019, they joined MaxMilhas as a PMO, where they were responsible for the implementation of best practices for a PMO in the context of operations and customer service, with the goal of achieving and monitoring the goals of the O&A area. In 2020, they joined Unidas as a Coordenador de Projetos, Especialista em Projetos de TI and Analista de Projetos de TI - Fleet. Finally, in 2021 they joined PMI-MG - Project Management Institute Brazil, Minas Gerais Chapter as a Membro do Conselho Consultivo, and in 2022 they became the Head de Projetos at Seedz.
