Joana Hadruz

Joana Hadruz has a long and varied work experience. Joana began their career in 2007 as the Director of Human Resources at Ibmec Jr. Consultoria Belo Horizonte. From 2009 to 2011 they worked at Magnesita Refractories and LGA Mineração e Siderurgia Ltda as an intern in the Supply and Commercial departments, respectively. From 2011 to 2014 they worked at AmBev in various roles, including Gerente de Gente e Gestão - Sul de Minas (RH), Coordenadora (Programa Talentos Nacional), Gerente Regional de Gente e Gestão (RH), Especialista Corporativo de Gente e Gestão (RH), and Gerente de Gente e Gestão - Auto Serviço (RH). In 2022 they began working at Seedz as the Human Resources Director - People.

Joana Hadruz completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas in 2016, in the field of Gestão de Projetos. Joana also obtained their Graduação from Ibmec in 2011, in the field of Administração. In 2010, they completed their Complemento a Graduação from UNIVERSITÉ DE STRASBOURG (Universidade de Estrasburgo).
