Melissa Carmichael has worked in various roles since 2012. Melissa began their career at TrustedChoice.com (Consumer Agent Portal, LLC) as a National Channel Marketing Manager in 2012. In 2015, they joined Bremer Bank as a Vice President, Strategy & Innovation, Infrastructure Solution Analyst and Implementation Lead Consultant. In 2022, they took on the role of Vice President, North American Growth at Seedz and Advisor at Homegrown Capital.

Melissa Carmichael attended the University of Minnesota from 2002 to 2007, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Professional Strategic Communications with an emphasis in Advertising.
