Norah Braga de Vasconcelos Barros has a long and varied work experience. Norah began their career in 1998 with FIS, where they held the roles of Gerente Projeto, Gerente Relacionamento Cliente I Comercial, and Gerente de Atendimento. In 2009, they became the Diretor of Fidelity Processadora - FIS, where they had "ampla experiência em Montagem e Gerenciamento de novas de Operações," as well as the successful implementation of a Contact Center Bilingue American Express in Jundiaí/SP. In 2016, they joined Escritorio Advocacia Vasconcellos & Vasconcellos as a Consultor. In 2017, they became a Consultor Comercial for both Seedz and Ecobonuz - Economia e Benefícios Todo Dia. At Seedz, they also held the role of Head of Customer Experience.
