Customer Relationship Management Pleno (CRM) at Seedz

Rúbia Silva has worked in various roles since 2012. Rúbia began their career as an Estagiária in the Diretoria de Educação Ambiental at the Secretaria Municipal de Meio Ambiente in 2012. Rúbia also held an Estagiária role at Parque Vale dos Contos in 2012. In 2014, they became a Coordenadora Projeto Educação Patrimonial at Vale dos Contos. In 2015, they worked as a Consultora de Turismo at Zéanithe travelclub. From 2016 to 2018, they worked at MaxMilhas as a Customer Success MaxMilhas, where they managed and monitored accounts of large mileage providers. Since 2018, they have been working at Dito CRM as a Consultora de Sucesso do Cliente, where they have managed and monitored key accounts, monitored system indicators, and identified bottlenecks. In 2022, they will begin working at Seedz as a Customer Relationship Management Pleno (CRM).

Rúbia Silva completed their Bachelor's degree in Tourism from UFOP - Universidade Federal de Ouro Preto between 2009 and 2013. In 2016, they completed a Post-Graduate degree in Digital Marketing and Social Media from Centro Universitário de Belo Horizonte. Rúbia also completed their secondary education from Instituto Educacional Manoel Pinheiro between 2003 and 2008. Additionally, they completed a Post-Graduate course in Marketing from Centro Universitário de Belo Horizonte in 2016.
