Justin Stickland

Mr. Strickland joined Seefried Properties in 2018 offering over 10 years of commercial real estate construction and development experience on behalf of a wide range of product types including industrial, hospitality and multi-family. As Development Manager for Seefried, Mr. Strickland is responsible for managing the firm’s development initiatives throughout the Southeast. His proficiency throughout the entire development process is unsurpassed, from acquisition transition management, design and entitlements, to construction and project closeout.

Prior to joining Seefried, Mr. Strickland spent eight years with Brasfield & Gorrie as Project Manager where he participated in a multitude of high-caliber projects including two 300+ unit luxury apartments, a new campus for Northpoint Ministries and a 264 key four-star hotel adjacent to Truist Park in Atlanta, GA.

During his tenure in commercial real estate, Mr. Strickland has been directly involved in more than seven million square feet of space and has participated in transactions valued in excess of $900,000,000.
