Melissa Iverson

Mrs. Iverson joined Seefried Properties in March 2012 as one of Seefried’s Development Service Coordinators. She is responsible for development team support, land due diligence, contracts, draw budget management and funding requests. She works as a primary point of contact for external partners by gathering and providing necessary information to all interested parties. Mrs. Iverson also responds and fills-in where needed for each of the project-level teams and executive partners, when needed.

Throughout her 10-year career in industrial real estate, Mrs. Iverson has been involved in the development and acquisition of over 25 million square feet of industrial properties totaling over $3 billion in market value.
