Ryan Carroll

As Vice President of Development, Mr. Carroll is focused on activities in the Southern California market including management of land acquisition due diligence, land development, building construction, tenant improvements and disposition for industrial development. With over 15 years of experience in the industry, Mr. Carroll has worked successfully in both the operations and preconstruction sides of the construction industry and has delivered a diverse portfolio of product types through aggressive schedules, challenging environments and constrained budgets.

Prior to joining Seefried in October 2020, Mr. Carroll worked for McShane Construction Company where he worked as a Project Manager before being promoted as Director of Project Development where he was responsible for all preconstruction, budgeting and estimating, competitive bid strategy and constructability.
