Susan March

Ms. March is Development Coordinator for the Midwest Region. She administers due diligence checklists for acquisitions and dispositions including title and survey review, contract management, and site feasibility. Ms. March coordinates meetings with municipalities, brokers and tenants, assisting in obtaining entitlements. She acts as a liaison between capital partners, tenants, attorneys and title officers throughout the land closing process. After land closing, Ms. March is responsible for project accounting and insurance compliance during project construction including development team support, contract management, and processing monthly draw requests. Upon project completion, she coordinates project close-out reports and property management turn-over.

Ms. March originally joined Seefried in 2005 as property manager/administrator and then rejoined the firm in 2014 as Development Coordinator. Ms. March’s property management background allows her to provide an owner’s perspective to her role as Development Coordinator.
