Yeonsoo Kim

Yeonsoo Kim is a skilled scientist with extensive experience in molecular diagnostics and cancer research. Currently serving as Scientist I at Seegene USA since January 2023, Yeonsoo Kim is involved in the research and development of de novo multiplex IVD assays within a PCR-based platform. Prior experience includes an Associate Manager role at Seegene INC., where responsibilities encompassed the development of multiplex IVD assays such as the SARS-CoV-2/Flu A/Flu B/RSV Assay and conducting verification and validation studies for FDA submissions. Yeonsoo Kim also contributed to cancer research at Seoul National University Hospital, focusing on minimal residual disease detection assays, and at Seoul National University, specializing in epigenetic targets in gastrointestinal cancer. With a Master's degree in Molecular Medicine and Biopharmaceutical Sciences from Seoul National University and a Bachelor's degree in Biology from New York University, Yeonsoo Kim brings a strong academic foundation to the field.
