Ariel Ibayan

Ariel Ibayan is currently a Senior Requirements Engineer at Seeing Machines, leading a team in the development of software requirements for the Embedded Driver Monitoring Engineering platform and has significantly improved software processes for key customer projects. Previously, Ariel held positions as a Senior System Engineer at Beam Communications Pty Ltd and a System Engineer at Bosch Australia & New Zealand, providing technical leadership and managing the design and delivery of various projects, including digital car key solutions. Prior experience includes a client-facing role as a Resident Engineer at Continental, where effective communication between development teams and customers was essential, and a Senior Software Engineer position focused on automotive infotainment systems, where major improvements in software stability and reliability were achieved. Ariel began the engineering career at BiTMICRO Networks, developing algorithms for high-speed solid-state storage systems. Ariel earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from the University of the Philippines.
