Colin Thomsen

Colin Thomsen has a diverse work experience in the field of advanced engineering and software development. Colin started their career at Seeing Machines in 2000 as a Research Engineer, eventually becoming a Lead Software Engineer in 2005. In 2007, they joined Microsoft as a Senior Software Engineering Manager, responsible for managing the development of IntelliTrace and contributing to the Visual Studio profiler. In 2015, they returned to Seeing Machines as the Head of Advanced Engineering, collaborating with a team of experts in computer vision, machine learning, optics, and software engineering.

Colin Thomsen earned a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) and Bachelor of Information Technology (BInfTech) degrees from The Australian National University between 1996 and 2000.
