Stephane Vedie

Stephane Vedie is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the automotive industry. Currently serving as a Non Executive Director and Board Member at Seeing Machines since October 2023, Vedie also holds the position of Chief Executive Officer at LUXIT Group since September 2021, overseeing five private equity owned automotive suppliers. Previously, Vedie was the President & CEO of Varroc Lighting Systems from December 2016 to September 2021, and President & CEO of Magneti Marelli for over eleven years, managing $4 billion in sales and a workforce of 6,500 across nine plants in the USA and Mexico. Vedie began the career at Valeo, where roles included Purchasing Director and Vice President of Global Purchasing. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Purchasing, Procurement/Acquisitions, and Contracts Management from Grenoble IAE, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from ESC Amiens.
