Amy Luckette, MS, CSPO

Amy Luckette has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in product management, project management, and engineering. Amy is currently the Director of Product Development at Seek, a position they have held since June 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Product Manager at InfluxData, where they implemented onboarding improvements and customized experiences for users of different programming languages. Amy also served as a Product Manager at Tabula Rasa HealthCare, where they prioritized product requirements, streamlined workflows, and facilitated collaboration between different teams. Before that, they worked as a Senior Project Manager at Blackbaud, leading multiple Scrum teams and delegating tasks to engineering and operations staff. Amy began their career at Boeing, where they held roles such as Product Management Specialist, Scrum Master, and various analyst positions. Amy also briefly worked as a Human Systems Integration Engineer at Northrop Grumman Aerospace Systems. Overall, Amy has a strong background in product management, project management, and engineering, with a focus on improving processes, driving user engagement, and facilitating collaboration.

Amy Luckette holds a Master's Degree in Human Factors and Systems from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, which they obtained from 2012 to 2014. Amy also earned a Bachelor's Degree in Human Factors Psychology from the same university, completing their studies from 2008 to 2012. Amy has acquired additional certifications as well, including being a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from Scrum Alliance in May 2021. Amy also holds a certification as a Yoga Instructor from CorePower Yoga, which they obtained in August 2013. In terms of ongoing education and training, Amy is currently pursuing further growth and retention training from Reforge, expected to be completed in 2022. Amy also has undertaken training in AI/ML for Product Managers through ELVTR in 2023 and is pursuing further education in SQL through Udemy. Additionally, Amy is engaged in training as a Cloud Practitioner through AWS.
