Emmett Sheppard

Emmett Sheppard is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in corporate strategy, investment management, and business development across various industries. Currently serving as Group Executive for Corporate Strategy and Investments at SEEK, Emmett oversees the alignment of strategic and financial activities with company objectives while managing the investment portfolio outside core operations. Previous roles include Managing Director positions in the Americas and Product & Technology for SEEK, where significant business turnarounds and integrations were achieved. Emmett's earlier experience spans senior management roles at Vinomofo, Kmart Australia Limited, and Wesfarmers Limited, as well as investment management and financial analysis roles with Ceres Capital Management, AXA, McKinsey & Co., and Salomon Smith Barney. Emmett holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and advanced degrees in Finance and Engineering from the University of Melbourne, along with a study stint at Rotterdam School of Management.
