James Ross

James Ross is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in software development and engineering management. Currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer for APAC at SEEK since February 2020, James leads product engineering teams across Asia and Australia. Prior roles include CTO and Engineering Director at Envato, where James managed software development teams and site operations for one of Australia's largest eCommerce websites. James's earlier positions include Senior Engineering Manager at Aconex, Technical Architect at Civica Pty Limited, and Consultant at ThoughtWorks, with foundational experience as Technical Director at LongReach Software. James holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computing Science from the University of Technology Sydney.
