Suzie Custerson

Suzie Custerson is an experienced HR professional with extensive expertise in strategic workforce planning, talent acquisition, and leadership development across the Asia-Pacific region. Currently serving as the APAC Director for Strategic Workforce Planning & Talent Acquisition at SEEK since July 2021, Custerson spearheads the creation of workforce strategies to align leadership capabilities with business needs. Previously, Custerson held various key roles at Manulife, including Head of Global Leadership Development Programs and Regional Head of Talent Acquisition, where initiatives focused on enhancing leadership competencies and driving HR transformation. Custerson's background also includes significant contributions at ANZ in recruitment, resourcing, and HR shared services. Academic qualifications include a GAICD from the Australian Institute of Company Directors, an MBA from Victoria University, and a BSc (Hons) in Business Systems from The University of Sheffield.
