Zoe Welch is an Editorial Working Student at SEEK Development, a role held since July 2023. Previously, Zoe served as a Fulbright Scholar - ETA with Fulbright Germany from September 2021 to June 2022 and was a German Studies Peer Tutor at the University of Puget Sound from September 2020 to May 2021. Additionally, Zoe worked as a Research Assistant at the Center for Applied Policy Research from February 2020 to June 2020. Zoe is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Contemporary European Studies at Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin, having earned a BA in International Political Economy and German Studies from the University of Puget Sound in May 2021.
