Currently serving as Senior Director of A&R at Seeker Music since June 2021, Dylan previously held the position of Director, Creative at Downtown Music Publishing from May 2016 to May 2021. Prior to that, Dylan was Manager, Creative and Day-To-Day Manager at Primary Wave Music from June 2013 to April 2016.
