Hillel Prombaum

Hillel Prombaum has a strong background in customer success and account management. Hillel currently holds the role of Director of Enterprise Customer Success at SeekOut since June 2021. Prior to this, Hillel worked at HireVue as a Director of Customer Success from April 2019 to May 2021, and as a Customer Success Director from February 2018 to April 2019. Before their time at HireVue, they were employed at CareerBuilder, where they held various roles, including Manager of the Customer Success Team from March 2016 to January 2018, Customer Success Manager from July 2015 to March 2016, and Senior Account Executive from September 2014 to July 2015. Hillel also has experience as an Account Executive at Scout from October 2013 to September 2014, and at CareerBuilder.com from December 2010 to September 2013. Before entering the corporate field, they served as a Partner for Afterschool Success at AmeriCorps Alums from September 2008 to September 2009, and as an AmeriCorps Volunteer at Urban League of Greater Madison from September 2008 to 2009.

Hillel Prombaum received a B.A. in English Literature from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, having attended from 2004 to 2008.
