Senthil Arumugam

Senthil Arumugam is a seasoned leader in customer experience and operational transformation, currently serving as the Global Head of Customer Experience and India GTM at SeekOut since July 2025. Previously, Senthil held the position of Global Vice President of Customer Success at Simpplr and also served in various roles at Freshworks, including Vice President of Sales - Americas and Vice President of Customer Success and Global Support. Senthil was instrumental in driving significant growth at BankBazaar and US LBM, scaling operations and enhancing customer experience through strategic digital transformations. Educationally, Senthil holds a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from PSG College of Technology.
