With over a decade of experience at 1-800 Contacts, Jennifer has held various leadership roles, including Manager II Learning & Development and Partner Success Manager, where responsibilities included leading a team of supervisors, conducting training needs assessments, and managing customer engagement initiatives. Previous roles at Transtar Insurance Brokers, ARK Insurance Solutions, and HUB International have equipped Jennifer with a strong background in sales and training development. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Utah and a Secondary Teacher Certification from Prescott College.
