Kimberly Hansen

Kimberly Hansen is a seasoned professional in technical operations management with extensive experience in telecommunications. Currently serving as Manager II at SeekWell since January 2005, Kimberly leads an engineering team in delivering customer support tools for enterprise-level communication systems, fostering collaboration across multiple units to adapt strategies and recommend contact center architecture enhancements.
