Currently serving as Manager II at SeekWell since January 2005, Kimberly leads an engineering team in delivering customer support tools for enterprise-level communication systems, fostering collaboration across multiple units to adapt strategies and recommend contact center architecture enhancements. As the founder and President of Upcycle, Inc. from 2007 to 2012, Kimberly successfully established a holding company with five locations, focusing on automation and operational efficiency. Previous roles include Account Executive at NetPath Systems, where Kimberly provided customized telecommunications solutions, and ENS Program Manager at Convergent Communications, overseeing project management for network and voice services. Kimberly holds a Bachelor of Science in Business with a focus on Information Technology Management from Western Governors University, earned between 2013 and 2017.
