Melissa Druzdzel

Melissa Druzdzel has a range of experience in various roles and companies. Melissa is currently the Director of Product Management at SeekWell starting in October 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Route as the Senior Director of Product Management from June 2022 to August 2023, the Director of Product Management and Head of Product Operations from October 2021 to June 2022, and the Senior Technical Product Manager - Platform from September 2020 to October 2021. Before Route, Melissa worked at Backcountry.com as the Technical Product Manager - Integrations from April 2019 to August 2020. Melissa also has experience at the Zappos Family of Companies, where they held roles such as Senior Technical Program Manager from August 2018 to March 2019, Technical Program Manager from January 2016 to August 2018, Financial Systems Analyst - Project Manager from April 2014 to January 2016, and Treasury Analyst from October 2012 to April 2014.

Melissa Druzdzel obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Economics and Art History from the University of Pittsburgh between 2007 and 2012. Melissa also holds additional certifications including Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) and Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from Scrum Alliance, Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) from the Project Management Institute, Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) from the Association for Financial Professionals, and Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute.
