Peng Se Lim, M.Ed, currently serves as Senior HR Business Partner and Head of Diversity & Inclusion at SeekWell. Prior to this role, Peng held various positions at 1-800 CONTACTS from 2016 to 2023, including Head of D&I and Sr. HR Business Partner, where responsibilities encompassed managing diversity initiatives and learning and development strategies. Peng's experience also includes serving as Customer Service & Training Manager at Glasses.com, where training programs and recruitment efforts were implemented, as well as a range of leadership roles at 1-800 CONTACTS from Customer Service Representative to Customer Service Manager, focusing on associate development and customer experience. Educational qualifications include a Master of Education in Educational Psychology with an emphasis in Instructional Design and Educational Technology, and a Bachelor of Arts in Teaching, History from the University of Utah, complemented by a minor in Asian-American Studies.
