Prior experience includes roles at Weave as a Human Resources Analyst, where Rachael focused on job benchmarking and data analysis for compensation, and as a Talent Operations Manager, leading the implementation of a Greenhouse ATS system that significantly improved candidate satisfaction and offer acceptance rates. Rachael's background also encompasses a position as a Talent Acquisition Partner at Snap Finance, overseeing high-volume recruitment efforts, and various roles at Lowe's Companies, Inc., including Staffing Specialist and Supervisor. Rachael holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership with HR Certification from Southern New Hampshire University and a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies from Utah State University.
