Alberto Rivas

Alberto Rivas has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Alberto worked at Seeq Corporation from 2018 and held multiple positions including Principal Software Engineer, Principal Solutions Architect, Principal Machine Learning Scientist, Principal Applications Developer, and Principal Analytics Engineer. Prior to that, they worked at Baker Hughes as a Lead Engineer - Data Analytics from 2017 to 2018. Before that, they worked at GE Oil & Gas as a Lead Engineer in both Data Analytics and Multiphysics Simulations from 2014 to 2017. Alberto also worked as a Faculty Lecturer (non-tenure) at the University of Houston from 2014 to 2017. Alberto'searly work experience includes a role as a Multiphysics Analyst at FMC Technologies from 2009 to 2014.

Alberto Rivas holds a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University, which they obtained from 2006 to 2011. Prior to that, they earned a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the same university from 2004 to 2006. Alberto's education journey commenced at Universidad de Guanajuato from 1998 to 2004, where they completed their Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
