Benjamin Algeo

Benjamin Algeo has a diverse work experience that spans various roles in finance and accounting. Benjamin is currently employed at Seeq Corporation as the VP of Financial Planning & Analysis, a position they have held since August 2023. Prior to joining Seeq Corporation, Benjamin worked at Eastern Fisheries Inc. as the Chief Financial Officer from July 2019 to April 2022. Before that, they held the role of Controller at Eastern Fisheries Inc. from April 2013 to July 2019. Benjamin also has experience as the Director of Finance at Carousel Industries in 2012 and as the Controller at QualityMetric Incorporated, a subsidiary of United Health Group, from June 2008 to March 2012. Earlier in their career, they worked as the Corporate Accounting Manager at GTECH Inc. from July 2005 to July 2008 and as the General Accounting Supervisor at Adhesives LP, a division of Tyco International, from December 2003 to July 2005.

Benjamin Algeo earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Management and Economics from the US Coast Guard Academy, where they studied from 1987 to 1991. Benjamin then pursued a Master of Business Administration degree in Accounting from Bryant University and completed the program from 1993 to 1996. In 1998, Benjamin obtained their Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification from the State of Rhode Island.
