Nate Hekman

Nate Hekman has extensive work experience in software development and management roles. Nate started their career as a Software Developer at Calvin University from 1992 to 1995. Nate then joined GEOSLOPE International, where they held various roles including Senior Software Developer, Lead UI Developer, and Development Manager from 2000 to 2019. During this time, they also worked as a Web Developer for Americas Mailbox from 2007 to 2012, where they developed their first interactive website and internal IT infrastructure. Additionally, Nate served as a Board Member and Board Secretary for Wycliffe Bible Translators from 2000 to 2005. Nate currently holds the position of Director of Software Development at Seequent since 2019.

Nate Hekman earned a B.Sc. in Computer Science from Calvin University, completing their studies from 1991 to 1995. Prior to that, they attended Rift Valley Academy from 1989 to 1991. In addition to their degrees, Nate has obtained certifications in Change Management: Roadmap to Execution and Leading with Vision from LinkedIn, although the exact dates of completion are not provided.
