Reena Malhi has extensive work experience in various customer success and management roles. From 2021 to the present, they have been working at Seequent as the Head of Customer Success, EMEA. Prior to that, from 2010 to 2022, they worked at ResponseTek, where they held the position of Customer Success Manager and Client Manager. In this role, they managed implementations of CEM programs for key strategic clients and handled account management responsibilities. Reena also worked at IBM from 2007 to 2010, where they served as a Request for Service Manager and participated in the Sales Graduate Scheme in the Strategic Outsourcing department. In 2004, they worked as a Business Analyst at HP, focusing on processing rebates and producing sales and marketing reports.
Reena Malhi attended Nottingham Business School at Nottingham Trent University from 2002 to 2006. Reena obtained a BA (Hons) in Business Information Systems, focusing on the field of Business and IT.
