Anthony Tran, CMfgT has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Anthony is currently working at Seer as a Technical Operations Engineer III, Lab Operations, where they are responsible for process development and tech transfer of new products. Anthony collaborates with product development and other teams to define critical parameters, specifications, and failure modes. Anthony also ensures operational readiness for upcoming products by setting up manufacturing workflows, validating processes, and training operators. Prior to Seer, they worked at SMC Ltd as a Manufacturing Engineer II, where they contributed to the improvement of manufacturing processes. Anthony also gained experience as an Engineering Intern at SMC Ltd, designing and manufacturing fixtures to automate processes. Anthony has demonstrated their skills in quality control, safety management, and equipment maintenance during their time as a Manufacturing Engineering Intern at Kennerley-Spratling, Inc. Additionally, they have a background in bike mechanics and sales, having worked at Mike's Bikes as a Lead Service Technician/Sales Associate and Bike Technician. Throughout their career, Anthony has shown their ability to adapt to different roles and industries, highlighting their versatile skill set and dedication to continuous improvement.

Anthony Tran, CMfgT graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Manufacturing Engineering Technology/Technician from California State University, Chico in 2018. In the same year, they also studied abroad at SAA - School of Management, Università di Torino. Anthony has obtained several certifications including Certified Manufacturing Technologist from SME in 2018, Internal Auditor - ISO 13485:2016 and Process Validation - Principles and Protocols from SMC Ltd in 2019, and Green Belt Certification (GB) from Edwards Lifesciences in 2022. Anthony also completed the Fundamentals of Systematic Injection Molding course at RJG, Inc. in 2022.
