Michael Krull has extensive experience in the financial industry, particularly in the field of real estate and fixed income advisory. Michael has held various leadership positions in notable companies such as Seer Capital Management, Sterne Agee, StormHarbour Securities, Hypo Real Estate Bank International, GE Real Estate, and Prudential Securities Real Estate Investment Banking. In their most recent role as the Managing Director and CMBS Portfolio Manager at Seer Capital Management, they have been responsible for managing and trading commercial mortgage-backed securities. Prior to this, they served as the Managing Director of CMBS Trading at Sterne Agee. Their previous experience also includes serving as a Managing Director at StormHarbour Securities, where they focused on global fixed income advisory and trading, particularly in the commercial mortgage space. Michael has also been involved in real estate restructuring and recapitalizations. With a career spanning over several decades, Michael has demonstrated their expertise and knowledge in the real estate capital markets.
Michael Krull attended Columbia Business School from 1987 to 1989, where they pursued an MBA degree with a focus on finance.
