Zahra Shah has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. Zahra currently serves as an Expert Member of the Technology Advisory Panel (TAP) at the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) in the UK. Additionally, they are a Senior Board Advisor and Investment Committee member at TeamUp Ventures, a venture capital fund focusing on high-growth technology ventures in the MENA region.

Zahra has a strong background in privacy and consent management, as they co-founded Seers, a leading privacy and consent management platform. Initially, they served as the Co-Founder, Chief Commercial Officer, Investor, and Board Director, leading the development and growth of their B2B SAAS-based privacy compliance platform. Later, they transitioned to an advisory role as a Non-Executive Director (NED), providing strategic direction, governance, and oversight.

Zahra's commitment to supporting female entrepreneurs is evident through their participation in the Google for Startups Female Founders Program, where they were selected as one of 12 female founders from across Europe. Zahra obtained a Non-Executive Director Diploma in the field of study not specified from the FT Board Director Programme during the academic year 2022 to 2023.
