Jean Rutledge

Manager, Customer Success at Seesaw

Jean Rutledge has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Jean began their career in 2009 as an Instructor at Encinal Yacht Club, where they were responsible for teaching beginner sailing and racing classes for junior sailors. Jean also developed curriculum, managed junior instructors, collected data on student progress, and executed detailed lesson plans. In 2015, Jean transitioned to the education sector and worked as a Teacher at Orinda Union School District. Jean strongly believes in teaching and nurturing the whole child, using daily observations to tailor lessons and curriculum to meet individual student needs. In 2019, Jean joined Seesaw Learning as a Support Representative, providing assistance to administrators and teachers in leveraging the Seesaw platform for student engagement. Jean later advanced to the role of Implementation Consultant, helping users effectively implement Seesaw in classrooms. Currently, Jean is the Manager of Implementation at Seesaw, ensuring successful onboarding and implementation for customers.

Jean Rutledge obtained a Bachelor's degree in History from the University of California, Santa Cruz in 2013. Following that, from 2014 to 2016, Jean pursued a Master's degree in Elementary Education and Teaching at Saint Mary's College of California.
