Michelle Franks is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business management and support roles within the rehabilitation and communication sectors. Currently serving as Business Manager to the Executive Director at Seetec since January 2022, Michelle previously held the position of Contract Lead at SEETEC BUSINESS TECHNOLOGY CENTRE LIMITED from December 2018 to March 2022, focusing on exit planning for TR2. With a background as a PA to MD at Kent, Surrey & Sussex Community Rehabilitation Company, and as a Partnerships Manager, Michelle worked to foster collaborations with statutory and voluntary partners to enhance service user support. Experience includes serving as Personal Assistant to Corporate Directors at Kent Probation and roles in event planning at RBS Insurance and Merlin Communications.
