Nicolas Cognaux

Nicolas Cognaux started their work experience in 2011 as a Freelance Mobile Application Developer, specializing in Android and iOS platforms. In 2012, they worked as a Mobile Application Developer at BlackBerry and also had a brief role at CPFB as a Logistic and Data Treatment employee. From 2013 to 2016, Nicolas served as the CTO of MYK Applications, where they developed an intuitive mobile application for data collection, classification, retrieval, and sharing. In 2015, they had a summer internship at Broadcom. In 2015, Nicolas also co-founded Covevent, a carpooling platform, and served as its CTO. In 2016, they worked as a Software Engineer at Barco Silex. In 2017, Nicolas co-founded Seety and assumed the role of CTO, aiming to provide urban parking information to optimize mobility and reduce costs. Additionally, from 2018 onward, Nicolas became a fellow at Sigma Squared Society.

Nicolas Cognaux completed their education in a chronological order. From 2006 to 2011, they attended Lycée Martin V, where they obtained their CESS degree in Sciences with a focus on Mathematics. In 2011, they enrolled at Université catholique de Louvain and pursued their studies in Ingénierie électrique et électronique, earning a degree in Ingénieur civil in 2016. Additionally, in 2014, they participated in a course on Building Mobile Experiences through MITx (edX). Furthermore, they obtained certifications in 21W.789x, Building Mobile Experiences from MITx in April 2014 and 16.00x: Introduction to Aerospace Engineering: Astronautics and Human Spaceflight from edX in May 2015.
