Lauren Long, PHR

Lauren Long, PHR has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Lauren started their career as an Intern Human Resources at American Fidelity in 2008 and worked there until 2010. Lauren then joined Chesapeake Energy, where they held multiple roles including Receptionist/HR Assistant, HR Adminstrator/HR Analyst, HR Supervisor - Shared Services, HR Analyst I - Data Management, and HR Analyst II - Data Management. Lauren worked at Chesapeake Energy from 2010 to 2016. Most recently, they have been working at SEF Energy as a Sr. HR Generalist from 2016 to 2020 and currently holds the position of HR Operations Manager.

Lauren Long, PHR, obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Human Resources Management and Services from the University of Oklahoma. Lauren attended the university from 2006 to 2009. In July 2015, they received the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
